You can rate a store/vendor by:

  1. Logging into your account
  2. Going to "Track Order"
  3. Clicking "View Details" on the specific order
  4. Rating the store/vendor according to your completed order

Are shipping services available in Venstore?

Yes, shipping services will be introduced soon. We are actively working to integrate our own delivery services.

We currently use local and nationwide courier services for delivery.

How do I report a problem with a product or seller?

You can report a problem with a product or seller by:

  1. Logging into your account
  2. Going to "Support"
  3. Clicking "Submit a Support Ticket" below

How do I cancel or modify an order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified before they are dispatched. To do this:

  1. Go to your account and open the order
  2. Click "Cancel Order" or contact the seller directly
  3. If already dispatched, contact support for further assistance

What payment methods are accepted?

Venstore Kenya currently accepts the following payment methods:

  • M-Pesa (Lipa na M-Pesa)
  • Bank transfer
  • Cash on delivery (select sellers)

How do I become a seller on Venstore?

Becoming a seller is simple:

  1. Register for a Venstore account
  2. Go to your account dashboard
  3. Select "Become a Seller" and fill in your shop details
  4. Start listing your products!
